Who are we?

Rainbow Recruitment was founded in 1990 by HR professionals who felt that they could provide a more comprehensive service than many of the consultancies that were available at that time. This philosophy continues as Rainbow strives to provide unique recruitment solutions, forming partnerships with our clients and candidates and ensuring that we have a complete understanding of the variety of disciplines in which we work.

Rainbow adopts a responsive and professional approach to both permanent and temporary  roles. Nothing is too much of a challenge! All consultants are members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and have a full understanding of the recruitment process and manpower planning for both long and short-term solutions.

Over the years we have successfully placed 1000's of candidates, many of whom are still in contact with Rainbow and recommend us to clients and friends. On this basis Rainbow is still growing and succeeding. Our aim is to continue to provide an accountable and tailored service to clients and candidates alike.
